You will be in a group with other like minded supportive peers. You will meet online, once a month, for 90 minutes. The first 30 minutes is delivered by myself presenting content to the group. Over the next 30 minutes the group learns from shared success and failure stories with the final 30 minutes dedicated to an open question and answer forum with both live and pre-submitted questions. A great chance to overcome challenges!
You will also be given every template and checklist you need from preparing your marketing strategy through to presenting strong proposal documents. This allows more than just 'the one who's good at it' in your firm to develop their capabilities to transform themselves into a profit centre for the practice.
If you take action and implement what you learn you'll win more clients. And by winning just one new client through the program, you will pay for the annual membership.
